1.1: The following rules ("Rules") apply to all use of our Services. By registering with us, you agree to be bound by them, so please read them carefully before going any further. 2 The Services

 

2.1: The services governed by these rules (the "Services") are any services provided by us to be accessed by any method, including interactive television accessed by a set-top box (whether accessed by satellite or cable), by mobile devices or by the internet. 3 Registration

 

3.1: In order to use the Services, you must open and maintain an account with us (your "Account").

 

3.2: If you wish to play the Games for real ("Play 4 Real") you must be over 18 to register. Underage gambling is an offence and if you are not 18 all transactions will be void. We may ask you for proof of age and identity at any time. You agree we may check any of the details provided to us at any time by any channels and methods available to us, for security reasons or otherwise. If you do not provide us with satisfactory proof on request, we may suspend your Account for up to three months and/or terminate it and withhold any sums of money then in it until you do so. Any funds in your account will be forfeited by you if we terminate your Account.

3.3: When you register, you will be asked to enter your email address and choose a password. You must keep these secure and must not reveal them to anyone else. Protection and the integrity of our service is paramount and accordingly we reserve the right to refuse to register you and/or suspend and/or terminate your registration and/or account at any time and in each case and at our absolute discretion. 3.5: You may only open one account with us.  We reserve the right to refuse to register you and/or to suspend and/or terminate your Account or any duplicate Accounts if we believe that you have or may breach these Rules or if required by law to do so and we shall not be obliged to provide you with any reasons for so doing.

4 Your Account

4.1: In order to register, you must deposit a minimum of £10 in your Account. Deposits may be made by Switch, Delta, Visa Debit, Solo, Maestro, Electron, MasterCard and Visa, subject to the rules of the card issuer. Electron and Solo transactions will only be authorised when there are funds in your account and in some cases when you are present. Any cards which need the cardholder to be present cannot be used to play the Games. We accept no responsibility for any transactions which are declined for any reason.

4.2: You will only be able to use one payment card with your Account (the "Card"). Please ensure you enter your Card details correctly. You should inform us immediately if any of these details change. Failure to do so may result in transactions being declined by the Card issuer.

4.3: Because the Services are provided as soon as you click to confirm a deposit, bet or withdrawal (a "Transaction"), you do not have a right to cancel any Transaction once you have confirmed it. You are responsible for checking the confirmation screen displayed when before confirming a Transaction and correcting any errors before continuing. No refunds will be made if you later decide to cancel or change a Transaction once you have clicked to accept the details shown on the confirmation screen. You can view recent transactions in the 'My Account' screen. We recommend that you keep records of all your transactions.

4.4: We will not pay interest on the balance in your Account.

 

4.5: You can terminate your Account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination all redeemable funds in your Account will be returned to you to by crediting your Card.

 

4.6: We can terminate your Account for the reasons and in the circumstances set out in these Rules or otherwise by giving you notice.

4.7: If you do not use your Account for twelve months, we may notify you that we intend to terminate your Account and ask you to confirm within a given period whether or not you wish to continue. If you fail to respond as requested, we reserve the right to terminate your Account and you shall be deemed to have consented to us withdrawing and retaining any funds remaining in your Account.

5 Playing Games

 

5.1: We may from time to time set limits on the amounts you may bet during any one day or week, in accordance with the recommendations of Gamcare, a registered charity working for social responsibility in gambling, and also on the maximum payouts which we will make to any individual. The current limits are:

 

5.2: i. Daily Top-Up Limit: £1,000

      ii. Weekly Top-Up Limit: £5,000

 

In addition you may restrict your own activities on the Service and set your own limits. You may do this by either calling our Customer Services Centre on 0845 0060 235, or in the ‘My Account' section of the website.

 

 

5.3: If any problem occurs with the Services that affect our ability to operate any Game after the Game has started, the affected Game will be void and any bets will be returned to your Account.

5.4: We will settle your Game sessions at the correct winning amounts as notified at the time of game purchase. All winnings due to you will be credited to your Account.

6 Repayments

 

6.1: You may withdraw funds from your Account at any time, subject to the following restrictions by selecting the 'withdraw' option under the My Account' button.

 

6.2: All repayments up to a limit of £6,000 a day will be made by recrediting your Card. We will try to do so within 3 - 5 working days of receiving your request, although we do not guarantee this and some delays may occur.

 

6.3: Sums of over £6,000 will be remitted by cheque and may take up to 21 days to process. For advice on withdrawing larger amounts please contact us. To comply with UK money laundering regulations, you will be asked to send proof of identity before any payments can be made to you.

7 Bonuses

 

7.1 From time to time we may offer bonus credits or awards at our discretion ("Bonuses"). A Bonus will sometimes appear as a ‘game gift', 'gift' or 'birthday gift' in your Account. All such are subject to the following provisions:

 

 

7.2: Any Bonus may not be withdrawn in cash but must be used in the Services. It is also non-transferable. Bonus amounts will be the last credits to be used from your Account; your deposits and any winnings will be used first.

 

7.3: If we credit you with a Bonus as a result of you depositing money into your Account, we reserve the right to cancel the Bonus if you then withdraw that money (or part of it) from Your Account.

 

7.4: If your Bonus is not used within one month from the date of credit of a Bonus, we reserve the right to reclaim an amount equivalent to the amount of the Bonus.

8 Registration Bonus

8.1: We will credit your Account with a Bonus once you have successfully registered and deposited a minimum of £10 into Your Account.

9 Refer a Friend

 

9.1: Once you have successfully registered we will credit your Account with a £10 bonus each time someone who has never opened a Games account by entering debit or credit card details with the Services (a "New Member"):.

 

9.2: becomes a "Play 4 Real" member (as described above) using different Card details to yours; and

 

9.3: enters your membership number when registering; and

 

9.4: plays any game for real money

 

9.5: We accept no liability for any incorrect entries of membership numbers or contact details that a New Member may supply as part of their entry.

10 Prize Competitions

 

10.1: From time to time we may run prize competitions ("Competition").   Each time you play a Play 4 Real game during the period defined on our service you will be entered into a prize draw. The winner will be chosen at random.  There is no limit on the number of times you can play. You will not be charged to enter this competition.

10.2: We will notify the winner in writing as soon as reasonably practicable at the end of the Competition period. 

 

10.3: All Prizes are non transferable, and there will be no cash alternative.  We will try to ensure that the prize awarded each month (the "Prize") is the same as the prize described in the Service, but we reserve the right to make substitutions if prizes are not available.  Any substitution will be of equivalent value.  If you win, you must confirm to us that you accept the Prize.

10.5: By entering a Competition you agree that we may use your name, likeness and voice to without compensation for advertising or publicity purposes.

10.6: We may cancel the award of a Prize at our sole discretion and without prior notice if:

 

(i) a Winner's behaviour is detrimental to the Competition or to The Gaming Channel ("TGC");

 

(ii) an address provided to TGC during registration is wrong/invalid;

 

(iii) If the prize cannot be delivered to the address given by the Winner.

 

10.7: If we cancel a win for one of the above reasons, no form of compensation will be offered to the Winner.

 

10.8: We accept no responsibility for late, misdirected or undelivered entries, and shall not be liable for any telecommunications/cable technical malfunction.

 

10.9: Employees of TGC and its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated entities and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the draw

 

10.10: We reserve the right to cut short, defer, modify, or even cancel a Competition if in our reasonable opinion circumstances require it.

11 Third Party Content

 

We may provide links to other interactive services, websites or other resources and may post, accept the posting of or make available content or advertising provided by third parties on the services. We do not accept responsibility for the third party content and do not and cannot be deemed to have endorsed any Third Party Content. In particular, you acknowledge that we will not be party to any transaction or contract with a third party that you may enter into and that we shall have no liability to you in respect of any such transaction. 12 Disputes

 

12.1: Claims/disputes may only be raised within 12 weeks of the original Transaction. All claims/disputes should be raised via our customer care team. You may also forward full details of your query/complaint to us at the above address. If we do not resolve your dispute or claim in the first instance it may be submitted to our Compliance Officer who can be contacted at compliance@montecarloroulette.tv and our Compliance Officer may then refer the matter to the IBAS (Independent Betting Arbitration Service) for arbitration, whose decision shall be final.

12.2: In the event of there being a dispute over the time at which a game card Transaction was completed, then the time at which it was confirmed on our game card purchase capture system will govern the settlement.

13 Privacy Policy

 

13.1: To deposit funds and place stakes on the Service, you will be asked to enter information about yourself and your credit card or debit card ("User Information"). User Information will only be used for the purposes as set out in this Privacy Policy.  We shall comply with all appropriate laws and regulations related to personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

14 General
